Minecraft Fan Art - Enderman
They stay frozen as long as you keep staring at them... Don't blink.
This Minecraft monster is my favorite. This drawing was done not long after the announcement that Enderman would be a new mob. As a result, I had no idea they had a mouth. The forearms and hands are bulky, yet with slim tendril-like protuberances for easier manipulation of blocks. The torso is contorted, as though years of scar tissue have replaced whatever slender frame it once had. There is a mass on it's chest, whether that is it's heart or an Ender pearl is not clear. I tried to render it to convey that it would have a difficult time physically moving, thus the necessity for teleportation.
Full size...

Minecraft Fan Art - The Creeper
The Creeper is the quintessential Minecraft mob. An ambush predator. Though not necessarily bent on the destruction of your creations, they regularly damage them as a side effect of focusing on damaging you. Much like a bee, their 'attack' results with their own demise. The 'attack' is a suicidal explosion, that damages a small radius around the Creeper. Any blocks within this radius are annihilated and whatever player created work is also destroyed. Point is, this mob is a jerk who wants you dead... stay clear of him. He doesn't want to hug you, he isn't cute, and he's a sociopath who wants you to fail.
When you hear it's signature hiss... It may be too late. It does not sleep, it will find a way. It is the Creeper. Drawing on paper.
